Developer

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and test data automation workflows.

  • Deploy RPA/ Data Integration components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.

  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA/ Data Integration solutions

  • Create process and end-user documentation.

  • Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

  • Support deployments or troubleshooting.

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes

Requirement :

Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Hearing requirements from clients.

  • Designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS/ Alibaba Cloud/ Microsoft).

  • Working closely with Cloud Solution Architect to fulfill client’s requirements.

  • Working on escalated/production issues, problem tickets & providing solutions.

  • Preparing POC environment.

  • Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements.

  • System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.

  • Create technical documentation includes of build, release, and configuration management.

Requirement :

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (open for fresh graduates)

Pre-Sales Engineer/
IT Consultant (Network)

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business and technology requirements.

  • Create Bill of Quantity (BoQ) & develop technical proposals that outline the proposed solution based on the client's requirements .

  • Present proposals to clients in a clear and concise manner.

  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of the proposed solution to clients.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure that the solution is delivered as proposed once the client has accepted the proposal.

  • Providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirement :

  • Graduated from reputable university majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum GPA of 3.0.  

  • Having minimum 1 year experience in Network Engineer  

  • HPE/Dell/VMWare/Aruba/Cisco Certified 

  • Good skills in writing, communication, and presentation in English. 

  • Able to handle Layer 2,3 and 4 Configuration & Troubleshooting 

  • Capability to handle Layer 5,6,7 are highly added value 

  • Ability to analyze network traffic is a mandatory.  

  • Good understanding with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.  

  • Good understanding in networking technology and products such as routing, switching and security.  

  • Good understanding with Server Storage Virtualization

  • Strong sense of responsibility and high degree of initiative. 

  • Willing to work outside office hours.
